1. General questions
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Where do you ship?
We are shipping Worldwide.
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria& North Korea
Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):
Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan & Yemen.
The list of countries where our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 2–5 business days to process it for delivery.
Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:
- United-States: 1-15 days
- Canada: 1-15 days
- Australia: 2-15 days
- France: 2-15 days
- UK: 2-15 days
- Germany: 2-15 days

2. Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
We additionnaly offer support for Shop Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay and more.
You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Our basic prices are calculated in EUR, which creates uneven figures in $ and other currencies due to the exchange rates.
We sell our products mainly in EUR and other currencies can be accessed on bottom left Currency Converter:
Euro, US Dollar, British Pound Sterling, Canadian Dollar & Australian Dollar.
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
3. Shipping
Do you offer fast shipping?
At the moment We accepting to few Countires fast Shipping.Carriers require contact information to get in touch about the delivery time. So you can’t select Express shipping if you or your customer didn’t add a phone number during checkout.
How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
Deliveries in Europe will have to pay custom taxes.
Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order.

4. Returns
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be sent back in the original packaging and the barcode sticker and/or hangtag has to remain on the item.
Face masks/Mouth-nose-coverings are intimate and sanitary goods and therefore exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Each customer is responsible to pay for shipment of returns.

Can I exchange an item?
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.
There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:
* Any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support to "contact@collectedvibes.shop".
If the item was marked as a GIFT when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at "contact@collectedvibes.shop".
Are returns free?
To return your product, you should mail your product to the same address from where your item was Shipped!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a clearly defective or damaged good, we will instead send a replacement of your purchased item or offer you a refund.
Depending on where you live and due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a purchase worth over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns from outside of the US are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

Do you offer a Reward program? How does it work?
We have created a Reward program to thank our customers for buying our Products.
Earn Points for each 1€ you spend, created Account and added Details.
Redeem Points for Discount Codes for % or €.
No Free Shipping at the moment.
Do you offer a Affiliate program? How does it work?
To refer someone, you will need to Fill a Formular and We will take a look and will decide to accept or deny. After that you can head to your profile page to get your personalized referral link & Discount Code.
Anyone who places a order using your referral link or Discount Code you will get 5%

Do you have physical stores?
We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name.
Is there a warranty?
We guarantee any of our product made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
